Issue:

When uploading an image using the web admin console or site editor, the image gets cropped or cut off rather than resized to set dimensions.


Solution:

  1. Go to Connected Business Client Application > eCommerce > Setup > Application Configuration
  2. Find UseImageResize. Set config value to true
  3. Find DefaultCrop. Set config value to false
  4. Reset Web Cache
