Synopsis:
The Webstore's Default Email Account field can only be assigned with an individual email because it is what the system also uses as an email sender for email reports.
Solution:
*Do not change the email value on the Webstore as it will overwrite the value from the app config.
For other users to receive an email copy or access to the Sales Order’s confirmation through the web, go to eCommerce > Setup > Application Configurations.
1. Find the app config ‘GotOrderEMailTo’. Enter email addresses and add a comma to separate email values.

2. If you want to change the sender email, use the app config ‘GotOrderEMailFrom’. Add a comma to separate email values entered.
