Synopsis: In the DBMC connection, clicking Test Connection to a Remote Server says Connection Succeeded but clicking OK will give an SQL connection error.

Cause: You are trying to connect on the SQL Instance Name located remotely and Database Management Console (DBMC) is required to be on the SQL Server machine.

Solution: Install the Database Management Console (DBMC) in the SQL Server machine.
