1. Go to the Customer Module > Receipt > Void Receipt. You may void customer receipts that are either deposited or undeposited.

  2. If the receipt is deposited and voided, you will see the VR - Void Receipt (Bank Payment Type) in the transaction history for the bank account.

  3. The VR document reverses the customer receipt (RCV), updates your bank account balance, and deallocates payment on the invoice (if allocated) allowing you to create a new customer receipt with the correct amount and check numbers for allocation and deposit.
