Synopsis:

After downloading the bootstrap installer, downloading of installation data for the application will fail.

 

Solution:

1. Go to your Server Manager > Local Server.

2. Turn off IE Enhanced Security Configuration for both Administrators and Users

 

3. Proceed with the installation from bootstrap installers.

4. Re-download the installer in Internet Explorer and try to install it again.

5. Once both Server and/or Client applications are installed, you may turn this IE ESC back on.
