Manually install missing components
1. Go to this URL http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=29065
2. In the Install Instructions, look for and install the first Microsoft® System CLR Types.
*X86 Package – 32 Bit Operating System
*X64 Package – 64 Bit Operating System
3. Then, you can install Microsoft® SQL Server® 2012 Shared Management Objects
4. Make sure to close the application and re-open after installation
