Synopsis:

An error message will prompt upon login to Connected Business Client.

"Incorrect syntax near 's'
Unclosed quotation mark after the character string ",

Please contact your administrator."

 

Solution:

The issue is related to the User Account that is linked to a Microsoft Account on sign-in. The solution is to create a local Windows user account on your PC and use this user to login to Connected Business.
