How To Set Shopping Cart Not To Require Postal Code In Countries

By default, the application requires the Postal Code in every country. However, you can set certain countries not to require Postal Code on Webstore's Registration and Checkout.

 

Please follow the steps below:

1. Run Connected Business and log in using your account

2. Go to eCommerce > Setup > Application Configuration > Search for PostalCodeNotRequiredCountries

3. Enter the country in the config value e.g. Hong Kong

 

Applicable Versions:

Connected Business 14 and higher versions
