1. Go to Shipping Module > Setup > Carrier Plugin

2. Double-click or open the Manual Carrier.

3. In the Detail tab, select the new location or warehouse in the Multi-Location section. Click Save.

 

4. Go back to the Shipping Method. Go to Shipping Module > Setup  > Shipping  > Shipping Method.

5. In the Carrier Detail of your Shipping Method, select the new location. You would be able to select the Manual Carrier in the dropdown list.
