Symptoms:

The indicated error message will be displayed in selecting Shipping Methods in the website

UPS Next Day Air Early AM (HardError:[111057] This measurement system is not valid for the selected country..)

UPS 2nd Day Air (HardError:[111057] This measurement system is not valid for the selected country..) 
UPS 3-Day Select (HardError:[111057] This measurement system is not valid for the selected country..) 

Cause:

This error means that the ‘Unit of Measurement’ used from the user is not valid for the country

Solution:

1. Go in the System Manager > Accounts > All Accounts.
2. Look for webadmin user or the user account assigned in the web.config of your Web Store.
3. Change the system measurement to the one supported in your country
