When generating a shipping label for UPS, there is an error message "System error: This is usually a temporary error during hostname resolution and means that the local server did not receive a response from an authoritative server".


The URLs need to be updated in the Carrier Plugin setup, please follow the steps below:

1. Go to Shipping > Shipping > Carrier Plugin.

2. Replace the Track, Ship, Rate, and Void Server URLs with these URLs

3. Save your changes. Try to process the shipment again.
