How To Include Items with No Allocation in Order Picking Ticket Report
Items with no allocation are not included in the Order Picking Ticket Report.
For unallocated items to still show in the report, set allocated items in Picking Ticket Report setup to true.
1. Go to Customer > Setup > Preferences > Advanced Preferences.
2. Look for IsIncludedZeroAllocatedItemPickingTicket. Check the Value tick box.
