Synopsis:
After selecting the Verbal Authorize and Force option when creating a credit card payment, this message will be displayed
Response Msg: This transaction has been authorized verbally. Please perform a force transaction manually to capture the funds.
Solution:
This message means that the funds have not been captured or no amount has been charged to the credit card. The User would be obtained by the merchant calling the Transnational voice authorization line and obtaining a voice auth over the phone. That would then need to be entered into the gateway as an “offline” transaction with the card info and the six-digit approval code or they can log in directly in Interprise Gateway Portal https://secure.tnbcigateway.com/ and get the credit card information and create a payment and capture the card payment.
Note: This is only applicable in Interprise Gateway and other gateways fully support verbally authorized transactions.
