Trial License Expired Error when Logging In to Cute Live Support

Synopsis:

When trying to log in to live support, we get a message saying that the trial license is expired.

 

Solution:

1. Download the license file (cutelivesupport.lic) in the link https://www.screencast.com/t/e71fYOyA

2. Locate the Cute Live Web Bin Folder and backup cutelivesupport.lic

3. Paste the downloaded cutelivesupport.lic file in CBELiveChat > Web > Bin folder

4. Login again to Cute Live Support
