When attempting to print to a printer named with an apostrophe (i.e. Workstation’s Printer), an error is given inside the application upon printing. The apostrophe (') in the printer name breaks the application’s ability to communicate with the printer.
1. In Windows's Devices and Printers, right-click the printer and go to Printer Properties.
2. In the General tab, remove the ' from the printer name, or give it a different name altogether, click OK.
3. Note that if the printer has been shared, the other PCs may need to reconnect with it.
4. Log out and sign in back. Then, attempt to print again, and now it should work properly.
