How To Purchase Support Credits

1. Go to http://my.connectedbusiness.com. Login using the credentials provided to you.

2. In the Dashboard, click Add Funds

3. In the Add Funds page, it will indicate how much Credit Balance you have left, the Amount that you will be adding, and which Payment Method you would like to use.

4. Click Add Funds.

5. You may now enter your billing information.

6. Once done, click Continue
