There are many factors to consider that affect the final image when resized, here are the lists of app config that is required when resizing an image.

  • DefaultWidth_icon
  • DefaultWidth_large
  • DefaultWidth_medium
  • DefaultHeight_icon
  • DefaultHeight_arge
  • DefaultHeight_medium
  • DefaultQuality
  • DefaultStretch
  • DefaultFillColor
  • DefaultCrop
  • DefaultCropHorizontal

Also, you need to consider that the program used to resize your image is the one built-in on aspnet. There might be a few differences in image size when different applications are used.
