Error message "Incorrect password! Please verify your password" in Resetting the Web Cache

Symptoms: 

Error when clicking Reset Web Cache from Application Configuration in the eCommerce Module.

Server Error in '/' Application.
Incorrect password!  Please verify your password.
Description: An unhandled exception occurred during the execution of the current web request. Please review the stack trace for more information about the error and where it originated in the code. 
Exception Details: System.Exception: Incorrect password!  Please verify your password.
Source Error: 
An unhandled exception was generated during the execution of the current web request. Information regarding the origin and location of the exception can be identified using the exception stack trace below.

Solutions:

The error message appears because of the invalid user account and password in the web.config. To resolve this,

  1. Go to your Connected Business Installation Folder
  2. Run the Interprise.Presentation.Utility.AppConfig.exe or Connected App Config Tool
  3. Click Open and select configuration file of your website folder location C:\Program Files (x86)\Connected Business 13.2\CBE\Web
  4. Enter the correct User Code and Password. Hit 'Test' to verify the account. Save and Close.
