Could Not Checkout in the Website Using IE 10


If any of your customers using Internet Explorer 10 are reporting problems that they cannot continue checkout, register as new customers, or clicking buttons on the website do not do anything, you may need to download a hotfix from Microsoft website to resolve the issue. The hotfix will solve the mapping of the IE10 browser agent with IIS. According to Microsoft, IIS does not recognize the IE10 user agent. Thereby, preventing the website postback or request from being executed properly.

The hotfix only needs to be installed on the webserver only.
