‘Connection Failed! Access Denied’ Cannot Connect Thru Web Services


Error message when connecting to the Web Services and when hitting test in the Application Configuration Tool.




  1. Go to the folder location: C:\Users\All Users\Microsoft\Crypto\RSA\MachineKeys
  2. Right-click on MachineKeys. Select Properties. Add NETWORK SERVICE and give Full Control Permission
  3. Run the Interprise Suite Client and log in.
