POS Browsing Error: Server Error in '/CBPOSSVC14' Application

Synopsis:

Server Error in '/CBPOSSVC14' Application.

Could not load file or assembly 'ChilkatDotNet45' or one of its dependencies. An attempt was made to load a program with an incorrect format.

Assembly Load Trace: The following information can be helpful to determine why the assembly 'ChilkatDotNet45' could not be loaded.


WRN: Assembly binding logging is turned OFF.
To enable assembly bind failure logging, set the registry value [HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Fusion!EnableLog] (DWORD) to 1.
Note: There is some performance penalty associated with assembly bind failure logging.
To turn this feature off, remove the registry value [HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Fusion!EnableLog].

 

Cause: 

Connected Business 14 is already a 64-bit Installer

 

Solution:

When setting up the POS Web Services, make sure that the application pool you're using is set to Enable 32-Bit Applications: FALSE
