Synopsis: "inc VAT" prompts when adding items on the cart

 

Cause: Error prompts when you click on "Add to cart" while the Item page is still loading

Solution: 

  1. Please download product_ajax.js in http://www.screencast.com/users/nolly.c/folders/Knowledgebases%20Files/media/57b590d8-4dfc-4f94-b50e-096b1f683e47
  2. Copy and paste the file in the jscripts folder in your Web folder > jscripts e.g. C:\Program Files (x86)\Connected Business 14\CBE\Web\jscripts
