By default, the application requires the Postal Code in every country. However, you can set certain countries not to require a Postal Code on the Webstore's Registration and Checkout.
Please follow the steps below:
1. Run Connected Business and log in using your account
2. Go to eCommerce > Setup > Application Configuration > Search for PostalCodeNotRequiredCountries
3. Enter the country in the config value e.g. Hong Kong
