Synopsis:
Generating Shipment Label prompts:
Error 930 - Service Type Ground Home Delivery must be designated as Residential Delivery
Cause: Ground Home Delivery Service Type requires Residential Address Type and Ship To Customer's Address Type is set to Commercial.
Solution:
Change the User Account's Default Location to the Location that is set in the Ship-To Customer so that the Freight Quote will return a Freight value. To do this, follow these steps:
1. Go to System > Accounts > My Account
2. Change the Default Location to the location that the Ship-To Customer is using
3. Save and Close
4. Log out and sign in back again Connected Business and sign in again
