Synopsis:


When generating the Endicia Shipping label, an error message will pop up : [1001] Missing or invalid data element: InsuredValue. Error encountered (Log ID: 36974)


Solution:

The selected Endicia service needs an Insured Value when requesting a shipping label, make sure to enter carrier Specific Insured value.
