Synopsis

Only Sales Orders created from the website will show on the Customer Account Order/Billing History. To show the Sales Orders on the websites that are created inside the Interprise Suite, follow the procedure below:

 

Procedure:

1. Go to System Manager >Tools > Manage Data Dictionary. The Data Dictionary form will be displayed.

2. Go to Tables. Open System Tables > Look for CustomerSalesOrder

3. In the CustomerSalesOrder table, look for the WebsiteCode field and change the Properties as indicated

  • List Type: Dynamic List
  • Pull Down Table: Website
  • Pull Down Column: WebsiteCode

4. Save. Save and Close

5. Open the Data Dictionary again. Look for System Views > Open CustomerSalesOrderView

6. In the CustomerSalesOrderView, look for the WebsiteCode field and change the Properties as indicated

  • List Type: Dynamic List
  • Pull Down Table: Website
  • Pull Down Column: WebsiteCode

7. Save. Save and Close.

8. In System Manager > System User > Open User Role that your account is assigned e.g., administrator

9. In the User Role form, click on the Customer Module > Find > Sales Order Form.

10. Click Customize in the Order tab and add the WebSiteCode field.

11. Close the Customization Form and select Save Layout.

12. Close the Sales Order Form. Save and Close the User Role.
