Synopsis: 

How to modify or change the website's new customer welcome email notification which was sent to the customer when they registered on the website?

 

Procedure:

1. Change the value for store name located in eCommerce > Setup Application Configuration > Look for StoreName

2. The email subject can be changed in String Resource located in eCommerce > Setup > String Resource > Look for createaccount.aspx.27 and change the value

3. The email body can be changed in the XML package. Go to the Website Folder > XML packages and look for notification.newmemberwelcome.xml.config and edit it using a Notepad app or any editor.

4. Reset Web Cache
