In instances where you have several shipping workstations that have their scale as well as their label printer, you have to make sure that the label printer's name matches exactly like the first shipping computer. Here’s how to do it:

On the First or Main Shipping Workstation

1. Go to Shipping > Setup > Carrier Plugin > Select Shipping Carrier. Click Label Options in the right corner of the form.

2. Click the Default Printer field to show the list of printers. Select your default printer e.g. HP DeskJet 3830 CB. The label printer's name is marked as the ‘default printer’ within the Carrier's Label setup from the first shipping computer.

On Second and Other Shipping Workstation

1. Go to Printers and Scanners. Select the printer in that workstation. Click Manage > Printer properties > Change Properties > Rename Printer Name to that of the Default Printer of the first shipping computer. Click Ok. All shipping workstations should share the same label printer's name as the default printer.

2. Go to Shipping > Setup > Carrier Plugin > Select Shipping Carrier. Click Label Options in the right corner of the form.

3. Click the Default Printer field to show the list of printers. Select the name of the default printer.
