Synopsis:

After adding items to the cart and proceeding to the shopping cart page, the text line "This shipping option is not supported in your destination address" is displayed.

 


Solution

The value of string resource checkoutshipping.aspx.13 is supposed to be Order Summary. It might have been replaced during the upgrade so just replace the value to Order Summary.

Go to eCommerce > Setup > Select String Resource. Find and Select checkoutshipping.aspx.13. Replace the value from This shipping option is not supported in your destination address to Order Summary
