The indicated error message will be displayed in selecting Shipping Methods on the website

Cause:

This error means that the Unit of Measurement used by the user is not valid for the country

Solution:

1. Go to System Manager > Accounts > All Accounts.
2. Look for webadmin user or the user account assigned in the web.config of your webstore.
3. Change the system measurement to the one supported in your country.
