Synopsis:

How to Export the Email Address of the Customer

Solution: 

There is an option to show the email address in the CRM Module > Find Contacts dashboard and export the list of customers including email addresses. Please see the steps below:

  1. Go to System Manager CustomizeData Dictionary
  2. In Data Dictionary, click on Views and open the System Views.
  3. Look for CRMContactView and check the option Show On List for the fields below:

Email1 - customer contact email address
EntityEmail - main customer email address.

4. Save your changes and close Data Dictionary.

After the changes, log out from Connected Business and sign in again. You should see those additional fields and should be able to export.
