Synopsis:
When running web services and updating the entire cache database, system crashes and gets an error below:
"Server was unable to process request.---> Access the patch 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Connected Business 18\WebService\Business\Temp\4c... denied."
Solution
1. Right-click on the Business folder or your Web Services folder on the server where your it is hosted.
2. Add NETWORK SERVICE and IIS_IUSRS account. Give Full Control permission
